Server power supplies convert input power for use within a server. Conversion efficiency, space and thermal management are linked design considerations. Our work focuses on power conversion modules in this process.

PSU · Server power

A PSU converts input power for server use. Our AI server power module R&D covers AC/DC module design, fabrication and reliability testing.

CBU · Power buffering

A CBU uses capacitors to store energy and supply power when needed. It is an intended extension of our server power expertise.

BBU · Power backup

A BBU provides backup power from stored battery energy. Our direction is to address both power supply and backup for computing infrastructure.
